REFUSED ACCESS OR FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you have an account with us, the following are the main reasons why you might not be able to get access.

  • Forgotten Password: Are you sure that's your password? You can always e-mail us to find out what it is! Make sure that you include your name, full email address and your user name.
  • Wrong Case: You must enter your username and password exactly the same way each time. Both your username and password are case sensitive!
  • Account Cancellation: You may have cancelled some time ago and forgotten about it. You can email us your username and password and we'll check it out.
  • Fraud: We employ a very sophisticated program which watches out for multiple users on the same username and password. If you've found a way to trip our security program, then we've turned off your codes until you contact us. Sometimes, although rarely, this can happen quite accidentally - so if you experience any problem please e-mail us giving your username and password and we'll sort the problem out for you immediately.
  • Declined Card: If your credit card was declined upon renewal, your account will have been closed and you will have to sign up for membership again with updated card information.

Please contact our Technical Support team if you are having problems viewing images or videos. They will be happy to deal with any questions you have from general problem solving right through to advice on plug-ins and browsers.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION

To cancel your account - Simply click here and you will be taken to our sales page, where you have to click on "Kinkstress" under the column Bizarre Sites.

Your cancellation will be processed immediately but your account will stay open and active until the end of your last billing period.

To dispute a billing - If you feel you have been charged in error then please email us with your username and password for help.
