Terms and Conditions

1.All questions regarding Kinkstress.com subscriptions should be sent by means of electronic message to help@Kinkstress.com unless otherwise stated in response emails from the Site. Please include your name and username in all correspondence.

2.The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18, and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

3.Subscriber acknowledges that he or she has also read and agreed to the statements presented to him or her on the Site's Disclaimer page and Privacy page.

4.Subscription fees. The subscriber is responsible for paying all subscription fees according to the billing terms at time of initial purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5.Kinkstress.com will have the right to refuse membership to any individual or entity. Subscription to the Site may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Kinkstress.com or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by email. When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

6.This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by Kinkstress.com to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations.
